About Oh, Baby!

Oh, Baby! is a Belgian brand of organic baby and children's care products, developed with the greatest care for delicate skin. Our products are dermatologically tested, hypoallergenic and are even used in maternity wards. With a strong presence in selected pharmacies, Colruyt, Kruidvat, specialist shops and online stores, we are growing fast — both in Belgium and internationally.
We stand for natural quality, honest communication and a warm, contemporary brand experience. And now we are looking for an enthusiastic marketing intern who wants to help build our brand story — in Belgium and far beyond.


Your role

As a marketing intern at Oh, Baby! you are genuinely part of our small team. You don't just execute — you think strategically about how we grow our brand. From digital campaigns to international branding, you get the chance to make an impact and help build the future of Oh, Baby!.

  • Contributing to and helping deliver the marketing plan
  • Strengthening our digital and AI-driven visibility
  • Setting up an influencer strategy and initiating collaborations with authentic content creators.
  • Managing and creating content for social media and digital channels, working together with the agencies that support us.
  • Supporting email marketing campaigns and flows
  • Creating synergies between the different touch points.
  • Sharing and aligning marketing activities with international partners


Your profile

  • You are hands-on, entrepreneurial and take initiative.
  • You are eager to learn and want to get to know every aspect of a growing brand.
  • You have an eye for detail and love turning creative ideas into action.
  • You feel at home in a dynamic environment where every day is different.
  • You speak fluent Dutch and English (French is a plus).
  • Basic knowledge of social media, email marketing or graphic design tools is a bonus — but enthusiasm counts for more than experience.
